The Request Form
A ZIP code, the kind of property and a short description of the pest save a round of questions on the first call.

Photos help: a picture of droppings, a nest or a chewed sill often says more than a paragraph. Attach them to an email to contact@somertonpestcontrol.com and put the name from your request in it.
Before the Visit, a Short Checklist
Tick what is already settled. The list shows what is still open, so the morning of the visit goes to the problem rather than to moving boxes.

What Happens Once It Is Sent
Afternoons are when the manager, Kristian Bradshaw, returns calls and writes up estimates. Expect a call to talk through what you found, then a visit that looks for where the pests are getting in before anything is treated.
If the problem is spreading or a nest sits by a doorway, calling is faster than the form: the phone is answered every day of the week, including evenings. The different kinds of work are set out on the services overview.
Calls Answered Seven Days
Calls answered Mon–Fri 7:30 am – 11:30 pm, Sat–Sun 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
Somerton Pest Control works across Northeast Philadelphia, including Somerton, Bustleton, Fox Chase and Mayfair, and in nearby Bensalem, Huntingdon Valley and Cheltenham. How a job runs from the first call to the follow-up is explained under how we work.
The phone is the shortest way to talk it through.
