You may have a right to opt out

In short: people who live in California, and in a number of other states, can opt out of having their personal information sold or shared, with selling and sharing defined by their state’s law.

We need your name and contact details

Opting out takes one message or one call. Email contact@somertonpestcontrol.com or call (267) 517-8138, explain that you’re opting out, and give your name plus the phone or email address you used in your earlier contact with us. We need nothing more to find your records. This is free, and you don’t have to sign up for anything.

We ask only what we need

We acknowledge each opt-out request and act on it in the time frame set by law, asking for nothing beyond what is needed to match the request to your records.

An agent can act for you

If you would like another person to handle this, they can act as your authorized agent. We may ask to see your signed authorization for them.

Your browser can opt out for you

Global Privacy Control works too: where the law requires it, any browser sending the signal is treated as having asked to opt out.

Opting out costs you nothing

Your price and your service stay exactly the same if you opt out.
